DA MARGEM
Today, we live time and space differently. The isolation of some places, amplified by contingency plans in favor of public health, sharpened the idea of self-protection, but also of a sense of community and responsibility for the other, and of a need to overcome hardship in favor of a community's well-being. We are nothing without communication, without interacting. We are stronger if working creatively, and in a network. Time is circular: specific location reflects simultaneously a local dynamic, and the dynamics resulting from the interaction with visitors, and also carries a crossing of stories from different times, present in its physical presence and its non material identity(ies). The sound that surrounds us daily generates a sonic idea of space, and a myriad of associated emotions. Sound reveals space, and sound is time. Moving image, worked in connection with sound, generates a multi-disciplinary artistic work, in a network. Its moto: the web of stories and sounds from a specific place. Reinforcing its presence, its beauty in all dimensions, and reinterpreting collective memory.
